The day before Zhong Nanshan's announcement came out, President Kong commanded and FEH headquarters launched an emergency meeting to deploy prevention and control work such as material procurement, epidemic publicity, disinfection and sterilization in advance. The company quickly purchased 3M N95 masks for each employee to fully meet the needs of returning home safely during the Spring Festival.

Before Shanghai formally issued the prevention and control measures, FEH joint working group for epidemic prevention and control activated the clinic to purchase medical materials and canteen food materials in advance after returning to work. Since the Spring Festival, the duty and inspection for prevention and control has been implemented. According to the latest epidemic situation in China every day, the prevention and control measures have been strengthened at all levels, and the epidemic prevention policies and advisable practices have been standardized and institutionalized.

How Accurate

During the Spring Festival, through the advanced technology of the "Far East Horizon portal" app, we’ve effectively implemented the relevant requirements of Shanghai Expo Administration Bureau on monitoring the health status of employees during the Spring Festival. Without exception, all staff use WPS positioning system to report the location every day, and upload temperature measurement photos in the visitor system in real time, so that the measures could be implemented based on the policy requirements.

Before returning to work, each employee must sign the personal epidemic prevention and control commitment letter. Before entering the building, each employee must show the "epidemic prevention and control QR code" in the app of "Far East Horizon portal". The employee can pass through only if the QR code shows green, while yellow and red will be advised to return and notify.

Increase the fresh air volume of air conditioning, open the office area to the corridor and lobby, ensuring air circulation for the whole 24 hours.

“Procurement”

Rooted in the medical industry for decades, we have opened up a number of regular medical channels, and purchased qualified medical masks, medical isolation clothing, disinfectants, thermometers, medical alcohol and other epidemic prevention materials with complete procedures and regular brands.

“Measure”

Once the staff with abnormal body temperature are found in the building, they will be sent to the temperature measuring vehicle through the special channel for retest. If the temperature is higher than 37.3 ℃, they will be sent to the hospital for treatment.

“Treatment”

The staff with abnormal body temperature were rechecked every day in the clinic, and the proportion of drugs during the epidemic prevention period was well prepared.

“Return”

FEH strictly implement the national quarantine prevention and control measures. Employees who have arrived at the workplace and completed at least 7 days of home quarantine, meanwhile have no contact history of personnel in Hubei Province within 14 days, and have no fever or abnormal health conditions within 14 days can return to work. Up to now, the return rate of Far Est Horizon headquarters has reached 94%, and there is no confirmed or suspected case.

Continuous temperature measurement

The returned employees shall be inspected for temperature measurement three times a day. Since the first batch of employees returned to work on February 10th, Wang Ruisheng, leader of the joint working group for epidemic prevention and control, and relevant leaders led a team at 7:30 a.m. every day to supervise the temperature measurement and verification work at the entrance of the building. It has been going on for nearly a month. The body temperature of all staff was retested before lunch and also at 16:00 p.m.

Continuous disinfection

High frequency contact positions such as elevator keys, toilet keys, wash basins, public tables and chairs should be disinfected and wiped every hour. Every night at 19:00 in the office, the cleaning and disinfection will be started, including the disinfection of the telephone of each station.

Continuous publicity

Through wechat, elevator display screen, posters and other publicity tools, we will continue to carry out epidemic prevention publicity and education, popularize protection knowledge, publicize and implement epidemic prevention requirements, create a good atmosphere and guide employees to correctly understand, actively cooperate and scientifically participate in epidemic prevention and control related work.
