On March 26th, Li Jiancheng, vice president of Far East Horizon and general manager of Shanghai Horizon construction and Investment Co., Ltd., led the investment director, the regional director of Far East Horizon machinery manufacturing and electronic information in Jiangsu Province, and visited the Management Committee of Yangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, together with Chen Xi (director of the management committee), Xie Baichuan (deputy director of the management committee), Zhang Changhai (director of the Construction Bureau), Xi Peiming (deputy director of the China Merchants Bureau ) and other leaders met and discussed.

Li Jiancheng introduced the business situation of Far East Horizon in 2019 to the leaders of the Management Committee of the economic development zone. Facing the difficult market environment and challenges in 2019, Far East Horizon kept steady development, and always adhered to the development strategy of "Finance + industry” and realized the annual profit growth over 10%. As a professional urban construction investment and operation platform wholly owned by Far East Horizon, Horizon construction and Investment has been focusing on providing comprehensive investment operation services for the government and urban investment since 2011.

Both sides reviewed the cooperation of Linjiang road project in Yangzhou. Director Chen highly praised and fully affirmed the project quality of the main lane of Linjiang road project, which scored 96 points in the handover and acceptance. He also expressed his gratitude for the support and contribution of Far East Horizon and Horizon construction and Investment in the development and construction of the economic development zone.

Both sides also discussed the direction of follow-up cooperation. In many fields, such as external capital construction agency, area development, standardized plant construction, financial leasing, equity investment and other fields, both sides have reached a consensus on extensive cooperation in construction investment and financial cooperation in the future. Both sides also expressed their hope to continue to deepen strategic cooperation between the two sides on the basis of this cooperation.

After the meeting, Li Jiancheng warmly invited director Chen, director Xie and other leaders to visit Far East Horizon.

Yangzhou Economic Development Zone was founded in 1992 as a national economic and Technological Development Zone. At present, it covers an area of about 133 km2 with a permanent resident population of over 200,000. Linjiang road is an important longitudinal road planned in the port highway network of Yangzhou Yangtze River economic belt. It is one of the seven longitudinal roads in the "eight horizontal and seven longitudinal " road network, which has both highway function and urban traffic function. The reconstruction and expansion project of Linjiang road is highly valued by Yangzhou municipal government. It is a national PPP project with a total length of 8.2km, two-way six lanes, and a total investment of about 1 billion RMB. Horizon construction and investment is responsible for the construction and operation of the project.
