Spring signifies a new beginning, and the Company’s layout is reviewed. In the first quarter of 2023, Far East Horizon has opened 4 new offices in mainland China successively, which are situated in Shijiazhuang (Hebei), Hangzhou (Zhejiang), Fuzhou (Fujian) and Hohhot (Inner Mongolia) respectively. Up to now, the Company has set up 31 operation centers and offices in the mainland, forming an inextricably interwoven nationwide service network of high-efficiency coverage. The increasingly more down-to-earth layout demonstrates Far East Horizon’s confidence in the strategy of sustainable development baked by the mainland market.

Since the establishment of its first operation center in Shanghai in 2001 and its first office in Changsha in 2005, Far East Horizon has transformed the service mode of financial institutions from “shopkeeper” to “travelling trader.” Based on a localized business network and team layout, Far East Horizon takes the initiative to offer clients on-the-spot comprehensive financial and industrial services. Two New Offices in Northern China to Coordinate Hebei and Inner Mongolia with Beijing and Tianjin

This year, Far East Horizon has set up the Shijiazhuang Office and the Hohhot Office in North China, to realize increased coverage of Hebei Province and the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. With the opening of the two offices, the Company’s service network in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei-Mongolia Region is further reinforced, forming a business pattern with Tianjin as the operation center, the Beijing office covering local and Northern Hebei business and handling government-business relationship in the capital, and the Hohhot / Shijiazhuang Offices covering business in the local region and surrounding cities.

The Shijiazhuang Office of Far East Horizon is in the central part of Shijiangzhuang, the provincial capital of Hebei, and situated at a high-end commercial complex in a bustling business district with the intersection of two subway lines. Hebei Province is an important constituent part of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei economic circle, with increasingly more prominent capacity for future economic growth from national strategies including the planning and construction of Xiong’an New Area, the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, and the hosting of the Beijing Winter Olympics in Zhangjiakou. Far East Horizon’s business layout in Hebei Province covers financial leasing, inclusive finance, assets business, infrastructure investment and equipment operation. Far East Horizon’s Hohhot Office is located at the fastest growing region of the capital of Inner Mongolia. The industrial distributions of Inner Mongolia are known as “forestry in the east, mining in the west, agriculture in the south and animal husbandry in the north.” In addition, industries like lithium battery, new materials, downstream rare earth and ferro alloy are relatively clustered here, while its status as an energy and strategic resources base has been raised over the years. Inner Mongolia is a long shape stretching about 2400 km from east to west and spanning over 1700km from south to north. The establishment of the Hohhot Office has significantly increased the Company’s service response speed in key cities including Baotou and Erdos, saved its front-line staff the inconvenience of going into Inner Mongolia from its Beijing and Tianjin offices, and shortened its distance with local clients considerately.

Spreading Wings in Southeast China with New Offices in Zhejiang and Fujian

Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Fujian—the three provinces surrounding Shanghai—have demonstrated a strong momentum of economic development with multitudinous market entities, and constitute a key service area of Far East Horizon’s financial business and industrial business. At present, 4 offices have been set up in the three provinces, and the Hangzhou Office and Fuzhou Office newly established this year are the second offices of the Company in the correspondingly provinces. The establishment of these two offices has further increased the density of Far East Horizon’s regional network with Shanghai as the operation center, Nanjing Office, Hangzhou Office and Xiamen Office mainly serving their respective provinces, and Suzhou Office, Ningbo Office and Fuzhou Office serving their respective local regions as well as surrounding cities.

The Hangzhou Office of Far East Horizon is located at the core of the Qianjiang New CBD of Hangzhou, the capital of Zhejiang Province with a convergence of provincial branches of financial institutions. It is known to all that Zhejiang is a major province for industry, manufacturing and private economy with an active market economy and a vigorous development momentum, and its four economic pillars are four cities including Hangzhou, Ningbo, Shaoxing and Wenzhou. Due to vast opportunities of sustainable development in the financial business and industrial business, Zhejiang is considered one of the key provinces in the layout of Far East Horizon. Situated at the tallest building of Fuzhou—the capital of Fujian Province, the Fuzhou Office of Far East Horizon adjoins the Minjiang River and boasts an excellent view of scenery and urban landscape. In recent years, with the continuously accelerating transformation and upgrading of Fujian’s manufacturing industry and the province’s per capital GDP in the first rank of China, Fuzhou has ranked among the top 3 cities with the greatest contribution to provincial GDP and the fastest GDP growth. In terms of geography, Fujian Province can be roughly divided into southern Fujian and northern Fujian with Xiamen and Fuzhou as the core respectively. Far East Horizon’s many types of business in the finance and industry sectors have demonstrated an increasingly strong momentum in northern Fujian.
