Strategic Agreement Signing Opened a New Chapter of Cooperation Deputy Mayor of Jining Visited Fehorizon

On September 7, government leaders including Mr. Wang Hongwei (member of the standing committee of the Party committee and Deputy Mayor of Jining) and enterprise leaders including Mr. Zhang Guangyu (Chairman of Jining Energy Development Group) visited the Far East Horizon Plaza in Shanghai, and talked with Fehorizon’s Assistant President Zhan Jing about cooperation. This in-depth communication will start a new chapter of cooperation between Fehorizon and Jining Energy Development.
In the morning of the same day, the investment invitation & cooperation promotion conference of state-owned assets and enterprises of Jining, Shandong (Shanghai) was convened in Pudong, Shanghai with the theme “Shared Development from River to Sea.” At the conference, a strategic cooperation agreement was signed between Jining Energy and Fehorizon. Both parties will join hands to establish a cooperation platform of a higher level with more dimensions, to together promote the high-quality development and industrial upgrade of Jining City.

In the afternoon, Deputy Mayor Wang Hongwei and Chairman Zhang Guangyu went to the Far East Horizon Plaza and visited the Company’s gallery to gain an in-depth understanding of its development course, industrial layout and business philosophy, and exchanged ideas on cooperation with Mr. Zhan Jing.
First of all, Deputy Mayor Wang Hongwei thanked Fehorizon for supporting Jining on behalf of the municipal Party committee and government of Jining. He indicated that the cooperation between the two parties can be deepened continuously from the conversion of supply-demand relationship and constantly upgraded from the expansion of financial cooperation towards industrial cooperation, and invited the Company to sign a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement with the government of Jining, to optimize the direction of cooperation with Jining’s state-owned enterprises and private enterprises, conduct all-round, in-depth and multi-angle cooperation with various circles of Jining and contribute to the high-quality development of the city.

Secretary of the Party committee and Chairman of Jining Energy Mr. Zhang Guangyu said at the meeting that there are a wide variety of opportunities for cooperation between Fehorizon and Jining Energy in areas such as equipment manufacturing, supply chain factoring, ship chartering and equity investment, and expressed the hope that through the signing of this strategic cooperation agreement, the two parties can give play to their respective advantages and achive a win-win partnership.

The party led by Deputy Mayor Wang Hongwei and Chairman Zhang Guangyu was warmly received by Assistant President Zhan Jing. Mr. Zhan Jing said, guided by the “finance + industry” strategy over the past two decades, Fehorizon has continued to gather quality resources in China and aboard through the Company’s differential advantages as a “marketized, internationalized and specialized” enterprise and the means of “serving enterprises and serving entrepreneurs,” and innovate the service mode and enrich service means, so as to support the development of real economy in various regions. On top of the good foundation for cooperation between Fehorizon and Jining City, taking this strategic agreement signing as an opportunity, the two parties will further increase the level of their cooperation, to continue to the urban upgrade and industrial upgrade of Jining.
