01.High-level Talks between Far East Horizon and Leaders of Jiangxi Province

On February 17, Assistant President Xu Huibin of Far East Horizon along with relevant personnel in charge of traditional financial business, infrastructure investment business and Strategic Cooperation Department paid a visit to leaders of Jiangxi Province, including Ren Zhufeng, a standing member of the provincial Party committee and Deputy Governor of Jiangxi, and leaders from the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and the Industry and Information Technology Department of Jiangxi Province. In-depth exchanges were conducted regarding further strengthening government-enterprise cooperation. For over 20 years, Far East Horizon has invested more than 40 billion yuan in Jiangxi Province cumulatively. In the future, both parties will give full play to their respective advantages and continuously deepen cooperation to achieve mutual benefit and a win-win situation between government and enterprise.

02.Horizon Construction Investment Delving into the Fujian Market and Planning the future with Cooperation Partners

From April 16-17, led by Assistant President Zhan Jing of Far East Horizon, General Manager Zhang Pan and relevant responsible personnel of Horizon Construction Investment successively visited three outstanding enterprise—FCEC, CCB Trust and CECEC Strait—and met their responsible persons. At meetings, in-depth discussions and exchanges were conducted on topics including cooperation mode and business potential. Horizon Construction Investment expressed willingness to carry out all-round cooperation with Fujian in infrastructure investment and financing, and dedicated itself to win-win cooperation with outstanding enterprises of Fujian.

03.Good News from Enterprises Invested by Grand Flight Investment

In February 20222, ROKAE, an enterprise invested by Grand Flight Investment and expert in new-generation intelligent robot, announced completion of a strategic financing of 400 million yuan with New Hope Group as the leading investor, to accelerate the upgrade of intelligent industries. Meanwhile, Smart Logic, the leading high-performance computing chip firm invested by Grand Flight in 2018, announced completion of a US$100 million series C financing. Not long ago, TUHU Car, another firm in Grand Flight’s investment layout, filed for IPO on the HKSE, preparing for a war in the 1.7 trillion automotive aftermarket of China. 2022 is expected to be a year of good harvest for Grand Flight Investment. Its forward-looking layout in industry matrixes will surely lead to more great news.  

04.Horizon Construction Development Striving to Build the Dream of Beijing Winter Olympics
 

From February 4-20, Beijing Winter Olympics was successfully held in the three competition zones of Beijing, Yanqing and Zhangjiakou. Horizon Construction Development put over a thousand machines of its three major product lines (new bracing system, new scaffolding system and aerial work platform) and nearly one hundred thousand of materials into the construction of 22 relevant venues and supporting facilities. Also, it took an active part in the preparatory work for the opening ceremony at the National Stadium (Bird’s Nest) to contribute the strength of Far East Horizon to building the dream of Beijing Winter Olympics.

05.Horizon Construction Development’s New Bracing System Broke Industry Convention with Each Pipe Spanning About 100m

On February 10, Horizon Construction Development’s new bracing system was put into use in the Huaian Sunac Plaza project of Jiangsu Province. The Sunac Plaza is a key project of Huaian City with a total floor area of 140,000 square meters, which will become the core commercial complex in the south of the city and yet another new landmark of Huaian. In this project, the technical department of Horizon Construction Development improved the supporting force of steel pipe supporting system through standardization of steel pipe supporting nodes, and broke the convention that each supporting steel pipe should be “no longer than 40m”—the longest steel pipe used reaches 93.5m! As needs for large-span construction projects keep increasing day by day, we believe the new bracing system of “Horizon blue” will be seen in more highly difficult construction sites. 

06.Horizon Healthcare: Development with Emphasis on Differentiation, Standardization, Collectivization, Integration and Digitization

On February 11, the 2021 annual year-end work meeting & commendation meeting of Horizon Healthcare was successfully convened in Shanghai. At the meeting, the overall development achievements of Horizon Healthcare in 2021 were reviewed, the future development direction with emphasis on differentiation, standardization, collectivization, integration and digitization was clarified, and the objectives of establishing Horizon Healthcare’s core competitive and creating a new pattern of non-public hospitals were determined. At the same time, outstanding organizations and individuals of the year 2021 were commended, so as to stimulate the entire staff to forge ahead with a good mental outlook towards the goal of creating a new Horizon Healthcare. 

07.Horizon Healthcare’s Medical Personnel Working Non-stop during the Spring Festival to Safeguard People’s Health and Happiness

08.Horizon Education Launched “Excellence Program” to Usher in Educational Reform of the New Era

To actively respond to the national strategic “Strong Foundation Plan” and the call of the “Plan of Constructing Pudong New Area into a Demonstration Area for Deepening Comprehensive Educational Reform in an All-round Way,” Horizon Education recently came up with the 2022-2024 “Excellence Program”, including an “excellent connotation plan” to achieve application of results by providing R&D expenditure for a million projects, an “excellent teacher plan” to reinforce the construction of a faculty team, and an “excellent student plan” to help students with career planning and development, so as to accelerate the exploratory research for all-round improvement of teaching quality, and bring the schools of Horizon Education to a higher level in the new era.
