02.Successful Issuance of Far East Horizon’s First ABS in Agricultural and Rural Modernization

Recently, International Far Eastern Leasing Co., Ltd. and Far East Horizon（Tianjin）Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. successfully issued the 2022 Far East Phase II (Agricultural and Rural Modernization) Asset Support Special Plan, with a total amount of 2.014 billion yuan. This is the first batch of asset-backed securities (ABS) issued by Far East Horizon in the aspect of agricultural and rural modernization, which fully demonstrates its active response to the national policy and its fulfilment of corporate responsibility by continuously giving preferences to relevant fields of agricultural and rural modernization with its own superior resources and empowering rural revitalization and agricultural and rural modernization.

03.Jinyun Project and Yudu Project of Horizon Construction Investment 
Successive Completion of Important Nodes

On April 17, the right line of the Xiaoyangnong Tunnel was successfully opened to traffic, which was the last successful connection of the six tunnels in the PPP project for the reconstruction of the Dongdu-Yongkang section of National Highway 330 (Jinyun County), the winning bidders of which being Shanghai Horizon Construction Investment Co., Ltd. and China MCC17 Group Co., Ltd. Next, the project will proceed to full-scale construction of road surface, ancillary works, mechanical and electrical construction, etc. 

On April 19, the Yudu Bridge project jointly undertaken by Shanghai Horizon Construction Investment Co., Ltd. and China Railway 24th Bureau Group Corporation Limited officially entered the superstructure construction stage upon successful completion of the first cast-in-situ box girder.

This project received much attention from the local government. Recently, Deputy Director Chen Jiansheng of the Standing Committee of Ganzhou Municipal People’ s Congress and his party went to investigate work safety of the Yudu Bridge project, and proposed higher work safety requirements for the next step of the project.   

04.Successful Launching of Far East Horizon’s First Bankruptcy Reorganization and Investment Project
 

On April 20, the issuance of a civil order by the People’s Court of Zhoucun District, Zibo City, Shandong Province marked the successful launching of the bankruptcy reorganization and investment project of Shandong Shinetech New Energy Co., Ltd. which is led and promoted by Hongjie AMC (a professional platform under Far East Horizon engaged in assets business) as the investor. As Far East Horizon’s first market-oriented bankruptcy reorganization and investment project, it represents the Company’s ever-ongoing exploration of financial innovation, and also reflects the continuous enhancement of its ability to offer integrated financial services to different types of clients.

05.Horizon Healthcare’s Cancer Prevention and Treatment Week

April 15-21 is the 28th national cancer prevention and treatment week, and Horizon Healthcare’s many member hospitals carried out diversified activities with the theme of “early cancer prevention and treatment” to popularize cancer prevention and treatment knowledge. By explaining the basics of cancer prevention and treatment and advocating awareness of “early discovery, early diagnosis an early treatment,” these activities are aimed at creating a good atmosphere for cancer prevention and treatment throughout the society and improving the general health of the people. 

06.Hongwen Montessori Academy’s First Online Talent Show

Hongwen Montessori Academy, the preschool education brand of Horizon Education, recently initiated a special talent show through an online platform, and invited faculty, students and parents from various kindergartens to show their talents in any form. Since application began on April 6, more than a hundred works have been received, the forms of talent including language, art, song & dance, musical instrument, sports, etc. At present, the event is still open for application. The vitality and vigor of children have brightened up this season.
